    This brew was named after the Kaaterskill Falls, the highest cascading waterfall and well know destination for centuries in NY State. This medium bodied IPA boasts an upfront bitterness with a clean and crisp finish. Zythos, Centennial, Amarillo, Citra, and Cascade hops were used. * ABV: 6.5% IBU: 60 *
