Our consulting branch incorporates edible and medicinal mushroom cultivation into residential landscape design. We enjoy sharing our love of mushrooms on our guided mushroom walks, through cultivation workshops, and through our mushroom inspired art.

It is also a recognized cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure moderator. This mushroom has been shown to help detoxify and protect the liver.

Most edible mushrooms are between 7 to 30 percent protein (dried weight). Maitake weighs in as one of the most protein packed at 27-30% protein. Maitake mushrooms are also known to contain some of the highest Vitamin D levels of any mushroom with over 1200IU per 100 grams.
