As a NYS Certified Farm Brewery, Wolf & Warrior focuses on supporting local suppliers. Over 80% of the grains and a significant portion of the hops are grown right here in New York State. The brewery proudly offers a diverse selection of beer styles, all crafted from scratch recipes by the talented owner, Mike Chiltern, and his team. Warrior’s Harvest Fresh Hop IPA IPA – American
7.2% ABV 50 IBU
A classic American IPA with West Coast vibes! Crisp and pleasantly bitter, just as it should be! We used fresh wet whole cone hops in this brew, straight from the bine, unkilned and still damp from Mother Nature. Solid pine and citrus notes blend well with a clean malt bill. A seasonal delight!
Wolf of White Plains IPA – Imperial
9.5% ABV 10 IBU
A hop lover’s paradise. Strong notes of citrus, ripe mango, and pine resin on the nose. Smooth mouthfeel with a solid undertone of light malt. Refreshing and deceptively crushable considering the ABV is 9.5%. Tropical is a word that comes to mind, yet the Wolf still has that dank, heavy resin and pine we all love to find in a great IPA.
Hops In Carbonite IPA – Cold
6.3% ABV 33 IBU
Super crisp! The hops shine through, complemented by a clean Pilsner malt profile, fermented with lager yeast. Summit, Citra, and Strata deliver the hop punch!
Sixty-Eight Pilsner – Czech
5% ABV 38 IBU
The Saaz and Styrian Goldings hops leap out of the glass on this one! Clean 100% Pilsner malt, fermented slowly and at a low temperature, with a great dry hop character. Clean, crisp, with excellent noble hop vibes layered in.
Wolves of the Midlands Old
5.7% ABV 30 IBU
A beautifully crafted modern take on a true English classic! Features a rich ruby malt body and inviting aromas from Yorkshire Square Ale yeast. Complemented by a subtle layer of English noble hops, Fuggles, and East Kent Goldings. The wolves are back in the Midlands of England once again!

- Chicken & Waffle: Buffalo-marinated, deep-fried chicken thighs, served on your choice of fluffy, thick Belgian waffles —either classic or strawberry. Garnished with mango-honey salsa and a bourbon-habanero syrup drizzle for sure-fire flavor! strawberry.
