Situated on 3 acres of beautiful land between Hudson, New York, and Great Barrington, Massachusetts, the farm is recognized for its dedication to sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices. Hawk Dance Farm does not use chemicals, pesticides, or herbicides; instead, it relies on sustainable, hand-driven methods to minimize environmental impact.

The farm’s soil is enriched with nutrient-rich compost and green manure cover crops, and it employs low-till techniques to maintain soil health. This careful approach ensures that its produce, herbs, and flowers are of the highest quality.

At Hawk Dance Farm, they take pride in growing a diverse selection of heirloom vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Their products are available at various farmers’ markets, local natural food stores, restaurants, and at their farm stand.

Beyond its produce, Hawk Dance Farm crafts 100% Pure Beeswax candles from local beeswax, demonstrating its dedication to supporting other farmers and the local economy. The farm also offers a small CSA program with shares available for the current season.

Hawk Dance Farm is a diversified vegetable farm that tries to offer customers a wide variety of heirloom vegetables. They have all your favorites and some varieties you may have yet to try. For instance, they have Kohlrabi, Daikon radishes, and bok choi, and several unusual herb varieties, such as Purple Opal, Thai, Lemon, and Lime Basils, among others. They also sell handmade beeswax candles.

The farm CSA has several options for member shares, including half shares, which will feed 1-2 adults, and full shares, which will feed 3-4 adults. They also have work shares available. In exchange for weekly work helping out at the farm, you will receive a weekly bag of produce.
