Wild Lea Farm produces high-quality grass-fed and finished lamb and rabbit meat, along with fiber and hides. The farm places a strong emphasis on animal welfare, ecological consciousness, and land regeneration. It focuses on utilizing the entire animal, which enables them to offer a wide selection of wholesome farm products for customers and their families.
Beginning with only a handful of lambs and goats in 2017 on rented land and a single farmers market in NYC, Wild Lea Farm rapidly evolved into a sustainable agricultural operation. They acquired 17 acres in Hyde Park, NY, where they now raise lambs and rabbits for various markets, home chefs, restaurants, and small grocers serving the Hudson Valley community.
