North Winds Lavender Farm sells quality products made from lavender grown on their own family farm. All of their Lavender is grown naturally. Only essential lavender oil is used in their products; no fragrances are added. All products are handmade on the farm with old world attention to detail.
The North Winds Lavender Farm product line includes: dried bunches of lavender, wands, indoor and outdoor lavender, sachets, dream pillows, eye pillows, microwavable aromatherapy pillows, handmade soap, lavender oil, lavender buds (both craft and culinary) hand rubbed beeswax and lavender taper candles, travel candles, and hand painted art work.
They are still adding new products; they have added culinary products using their natural grown culinary lavender to produce lavender jelly, lavender syrup, lavender shortbread cookies and lavender scones.
North Winds Lavender Farm crafts lavender wedding favors, personalized if requested and special packaged lavender to toss at the bride and groom if requested. They sell their products at Farmers’ Markets, Specialty Stores, online or at their farm store located in Pawling, NY.

Lavender Syrup:
A perfect complement to fresh fruit salad, yogurt, ice cream, steamed or fried vegetables, chicken stir fry and not to mention lavender vodka, lavender gin and lavender martini. All natural ingredients, no coloring added.
Lavender Jelly:
Light and exotic flavor that is great with all varities of cheese. Serve as a condiment with cheese and crackers. Good on toast, as a glaze on chicken, fish, and red meat. All natural ingredients, no coloring added.
Lavender Shortbread Cookies:
A delicate delight to have after dinner or with a morning or evening cup of tea. All natural ingredients.
Craft Buds:
Natural lavender buds, great for sachets, crafts, potpourri, infusions for household purposes, etc. This lavender is not for consumption.
Culinary Lavender Buds:
A mix of English and French culinary lavender. Excellent for main course recipe dishes or to add to cookie recipes, vinaigrette, ice cream and much more. May be substituted for rosemary in a recipe.
