Bialas Farms, a family-run farm in Orange County, New York, has operated since 1939. It is renowned for its dedication to growing over 80 varieties of vegetables on 55 acres of beautiful muck soil. The farm takes pride in its three greenhouses, where many potted herbs, exquisite arugula, and an assortment of baby greens are grown for late-season sale.

The “Product List” of Bialas Farms showcases a diverse range of offerings for the year, including more than a dozen varieties of Heirloom Tomatoes that promise to delight your palate. Bialas Farms takes extra care in hand-washing and sorting all their heirloom tomatoes, ensuring they are kept in the best shape possible for customers. Notably, watch for their signature tomato, the “Polish Plum,” which is exclusive to Bialas Farms as they save their seeds to plant year after year. Due to their immense popularity, these tomatoes are often quickly sold out at all markets.

Furthermore, Bialas Farms offers a Community Supported Agriculture program (CSA) with on-farm pick-up, making it convenient for local community members to enjoy the farm’s fresh produce. Additionally, the farm sells its products at area farmers markets and occasionally holds Open House markets at the farm.
