Fishkill Farms is a 270-acre apple orchard and vegetable farm located in East Fishkill, New York, that has been in the Morgenthau family for over 100 years.
The homegrown organic vegetables and eco-certified fruit can be found year-round at the farm store and through the seasonal pick-your-own operation, as well as our CSA program and several farmer’s markets in the Hudson Valley and New York City.
Starting with peas and strawberries in the spring and culminating with apples and pumpkins in the fall, the farm provides family-friendly outdoor fun for the local community.
CSA
The Fishkill Farms CSA is a unique way to buy local, seasonal produce directly from Fishkill Farms. As a member, you will invest in a “share” of the farm’s production, and reap a weekly supply of the best seasonal produce throughout the year.
Summer CSA
Throughout our 25-week-long CSA from June to November, members will receive a variety of organically grown vegetables and berries, as well as a wide assortment of eco-certified apples, pears, and peaches from our orchard. Share items will mostly be from our farm, but some will be sourced from Certified Organic local farms such as MX MorningStar Farm to help enrich the share. Each week’s share will vary, encouraging members to cook creatively with new ingredients.
Winter CSA
Our Winter CSA runs for 12 weeks, starting December 7th and ending February 29th. Our members receive a diverse array of produce grown here at the farm, filling your table with delicious local fruits and vegetables into the impending colder months. Expect to see delicious sweet potatoes, sweet winter carrots, tender greenhouse, crisp apples, fresh-pressed cider and many more wholesome winter items. Each week members have a choice between a dozen organic eggs or a Fishkill Farms jarred good (such as tomato basil sauce, applesauce, or house-made items).
