Frank’s Fresh Pickling is the brick and mortar realization of Frank’s Fresh in New Paltz, where chef/owner Frank prepares his hot sauce and pickles, relish, sauerkraut and kimchi, not to mention the selection of handmade jam, using nothing but all-natural ingredients, prepared the old-school way – with hands, care and love!

Selections From Frank’s Fresh Pickling:

Pickles – Habanero Garlic Dill – Classic garlic dill, trying to play it spicy. This dill is on the scoville scale.
Pickles – Kosher Dill – Classic garlic dill. Can’t go wrong with a classic!
Pickles – Bread & Butter – These bread and butters are going to be our bread-and-butter. They are so unique and delicious. Nothing but all natural ingredients with no added anything yucky.
Hot Sauce – Roasted Jalapeno – What’s better than a roasted pepper? A hot roasted pepper and hot sauce.
Hot Sauce – Red Habanero – Bright Habanero punch, deep garlic flavor with an acid kick!
Hot Sauce – Poblano Thai Dragon – Rich bold flavor. Slight karate kick.
Jam – Blueberry Peach – An under note of peach gives this blueberry jam just the right amount of deliciousness. Homemade, all-natural… Blueberries, peaches and sugar.
Jam – Jalapeno – Kick it up a notch with this jalapeno jam. Delicious with cream cheese and crackers or however you like to eat your spicy stuff! Peppers and all natural sugar!
Jam – Cherry – Nothing but fresh cherries, sugar, and a squeeze of lemon juice. This homemade jam is all natural!
Pickled Radishes – Korean style pickled radish. Goes well with Korean BBQ, Braised pork and all those gnarly noms.
Marinated Sweet Bells – Mini sweet bell peppers marinated in sweet cider vinaigrette with a hint of clove.
Balsamic Sweet Beets – This unique recipe is earthy crisp and sweet and goes great on salads, in wraps or out of the jar! Use the vinegar as a marinade when you add some olive oil or as a dressing.
Sauerkraut – Homemade and so good. Your hot dogs and Reubens will thank you!
