The Cakery is a mother daughter team with the same passion for baking passed on from Great Grandma Rosie who taught us dessert is the best part of every good meal. We take pride in producing products that both taste great and look great. Our team of talented bakers and decorators help us deliver these amazing and delicious creations that keep our customers spreading the word and coming back for more!
The Cakery had its beginning in a small commercial kitchen making custom cakes and other treats. In 2015 we took a giant leap of faith and opened our own shoppe on Main Street in Fishkill. As we celebrate three years in our own shoppe we thought it was a good time to update our name and logo, Our new name and logo is a more sophisticated image reflecting how we feel about our business.

Let us help you create an amazing cake for your special day. In addition to your cake, we offer several options to create a delicious and beautiful dessert bar and we can create delicious personalized favors as well. Request a cake tasting consultation to learn more. Each consultation is approximately 45 minutes long and the tasting includes two plated servings. Each serving will have three cupcakes in the cake flavors you select and three filling samples in the filling flavors you select.
