The Otisville Country Fair has evolved from a one-day flea market held 33 years ago in a downtown parking lot into a vibrant four-day family-oriented extravaganza. The CCEOC’s Education Center and 4-H Park emerged to fulfill the growing demand for expanded educational programs and experiences catering to the community’s diverse interests.
