Add roaming performers with a knack for dark whimsy—like a juggler tossing flaming skulls or a storyteller spinning yarns that end with “and then the hero lost”—all in a circuspunk atmosphere where masked cosplay lets you hide in plain sight or reveal your true, tentacled self.
