Scubber’s is a family owned and operated business in the Capital Region since 1979. They have built their reputation on having wings with a unique flavor and intense hotness.
The place has earned a large following who have come to love (or crave) the wings (considered by many to be the best around), the homemade desserts, the woodfired pizza and their own Hot Sauce.

- Wings – Buffalo style with spicy hot sauce: X-mild (lightly spiced), Mild (smoldering), Medium (ignited), X-hot (roaring), XX hot (atomic). Styles: Plain fried with BBQ sauce on side, B-B-Q with mild or hot sauce, Garlic Parm
- Homemade Boneless Buffalo or BBQ Tenders – with signature sauce!
- Margarita Pizza – Tomato sauce, mozzarella, grated parmesan, fresh basil, spices and fresh garlic
- Beef on a Weck – Roast beef with au jus served on a fresh baked kummelweck roll with horseradish
- Oven Roasted Portabella Mushroom Sandwich/Wrap – with arugula, tomato, roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella and homemade balsamic vinegar
- Philly Steak Sandwich/Wrap – Thinly sliced top round of beef with sautée onions, mozzarella and marinara sauce
- Buffalo-Style or BBQ Sandwich/Wrap – Chicken tenders smothered in hot sauce or BBQ sauce with lettuce and blue cheese
- Homemade Fried Mozzarella – Served with raspberry or marinara sauce
