Farmers & Chefs Restaurant is a casual Hudson Valley restaurant envisioned by Chef and restaurateur, John Lekic. Drawing inspiration from our regions bountiful Hudson Valley farms while combining the freshest in season local ingredients combined with global influences.

“We believe in preservation of boutique agriculture and we support our small farms while emphasizing that two same ingredients are not always equal to each other. How are things done and grown at the farm matters.” Embracing philosophy of less is more which means cleaner food with less chemicals, pesticides, and fillers.

Catering:

The private banquet room features majestic views of the Walkway over the Hudson and the Hudson River, with a private entrance, restrooms, coat check and large outside deck. The room can handle all sorts of events from corporate meetings and parties, holiday parties, presentations, fundraisers, cocktail parties, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers and even intimate weddings. The banquet hall offers room for 120 people, and the entire restaurant is available for rent with a total capacity of 300. Offered are fully customized menus with in season ingredients from local farms and many local beer, wine and cider options.

Food Trucks
Food trucks are the perfect addition to any event and a great solution for many off site events, it’s all done, from movie and tv catering, remote farm dinners, fashion photo shoots, corporate retreats, music festivals, barn weddings to large house parties. The trucks act as mobile professional commercial kitchens bringing all of your favorite Farmers & Chefs specialties direct to your guests. Food trucks also offer a casual, flexible and hip addition to weddings. They have catered events from 50 people to 5,000. Available are fully customized menu’s with local and in season ingredients from local farms, off site liquor license, bar staff and many local IPA’s, wine and cider options.
