La Cremaillere is a French fine dining restaurant in an original 1750 farmhouse in Bedford, NY. They feature only the best quality local, and hyper seasonal ingredients in their dishes. In addition to a growing wine list, they also offer an extensive list of reserve wines carefully curated by a private collector.
About The Menu
Only the finest ingredients are used at La Cremaillere. All of stocks, sauces, and purees are made in house. All breads and desserts- including ice cream and sorbet – are made in house. The menu is carefully thought out by Chef Thomas and changes frequently.
Dinners are Prix Fixe with a choice of two or three courses. Dessert is not included with those menu options. There is a Prix Fixe Menu that includes 4 savory courses plus dessert and our Chef’s Tasting Menu. The Chef’s Tasting Menu is six savory courses plus dessert.
