The restaurant’s cuisine is Contemporary American with a strong emphasis on seafood designed by their CIA trained Executive Chef. The Hudson Water Club has facilities for hosting weddings and events that offer fine dining with magnificent waterfront views and spectacular sunsets. Set on the banks of the Hudson River, you can enjoy cocktails and hor d’oeuvres on the patio deck with up to 250 people. Following the cocktail hour, your guests (up to 140 seated) can move inside and dine under the stars.
