Primavera Cafe & Restaurant is a family run kosher dairy restaurant preparing fresh made to order dishes using only wholesome ingredients with no preservatives or MSG.
The menu at Primavera tends to lean toward Italian/Mediterranean cuisine but is flexible and contains Asian dishes, American cuisine and some Tex-Mex standards. The place is known for its fresh food and attentive service.
Keep in mind that this is a “dairy” restaurant, so if you are in carnivore mode, you will be disappointed. The restaurant is certified kosher so while prices are considered fair, you may see some items that are higher priced than in non-kosher restaurants. There is usually an increased cost associated with keeping a kosher establishment.

- Spicy Tuna Bites – Raw tuna tossed in sauce and sesame seeds, over mashed avocado, on crispy fried rice. topped with jalepeno and cucumber
- Fish Tacos – 3 flour tortillas filled with crispy fried salmon, sliced avocado, purple cabbage, shredded carrots, red onions, and plum tomatoes, drizzled with garlic mayo and sweet and sour sauce
- Spicy Fries – Crispy fries tossed in spicy seasoning served with ketchup and our garlic mayo dipping sauce
- Pasta Primavera – Penne pasta in a homemade white cream sauce, tossed with sautéed mushrooms and broccoli, topped with parmesan
- Crispy Nut Crusted Salmon – salmon topped with a nut blend of pistachios, pecans and almonds. Served with mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables
- Lemon Garlic Sea Bass – sea bass marinated in an exquisite lemon, garlic and butter sauce. Served with rice, sautéed vegetables and chestnut puree
- Primavera Quinoa Salad – Lettuce, quinoa, red onion, cranberries, avocado, baby peppers, balsamic vinaigrette dressing
