Sotano Food & Wine, Chef Patricio, has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years, sharing his unique understanding of cuisine all over New York.

His dream of opening his own restaurant came to reality in June 2018. Patricio and his team have created an ambiance of warm fine dining and introduced it to the Village of Fishkill.
