- GRILLED DUMPLINGS – Flour-based dumplings served with soy ginger dipping sauce.
- SUMMER ROLL – Rice paper wrapped rolls, vermicelli noodles, iceberg, cilantro, mint, pickled carrots, peanut sauce.
- PHO NOODLE – Rice noodles, cilantro, mint, lime, bean sprouts, crispy shallots, choice of braised chicken, rare beef, or mushroom/tofu, served with chicken or vegan broth. (gluten-free)
