  • Caramelized Pot – Black pepper, onions, fish sauce and scallion in dark – brown sauce.
  • Stir Fried Noodle – Snow peas, red-onions, carrot, mushrooms, string beans, celery, sesame oil and egg noodles.
  • Mixed Vegetables – Bok – choy, mushrooms, broccoli, snow peas, carrot, tomatoes, onions, sesame oil and scallion in light brown sauce.
  • Vegetable Fried Rice – Bok-choy, onions, eggs, carrots, string beans, broccoli, sesame oil and snow peas.
