Heather Casto is an alumna of The Culinary Institute of America. She co-founded Chocolate Mousse Catering in Salt Point, NY, and serves as the executive chef. Chef Heather earned an associate’s degree in culinary arts and a bachelor’s in restaurant and hospitality management. She is also a certified nutritionist. Her experience includes positions at premier facilities such as The Hamlet Golf and Country Club in Long Island, NY, and the renowned Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC.
