The Pastry Corner began in September 1991 as little retail bakery, supplying freshly baked desserts and beautiful wedding cakes, with owners Phyllis Procopis and Joe Zoccali.
Phyllis wanted to fulfill her dream of having her own bakery after years of working in the industry. Before we knew it, Phyllis and Joe opened the Pastry Corner in 1991 and were soon a neighborhood favorite in Westchester County; a place to find delicious desserts.
The Aragon family is continuing in the footsteps of Phyllis and ensuring the quality and satisfaction of their goods. The Pastry Corner strives to bring new ideas and concepts with the knowledge they bring from experience in this industry stemming from NYC, hoping to also broaden Westchester’s palate for cakes and desserts.
