Come aboard Gander with friends and family, for an extraordinary experience. Or come alone and make new friends as you share a sailing adventure. Gander is a 37 foot Tartan with comfortable seating above deck, a galley, banquette, table and lavatory below deck.

Your choice: actively participate in the navigation of the river or sit back and let the majesty of the river, sky, wind and the boat thrill you as we explore the area of Port Ewen Bay and Esopus Meadows. The crew will gladly share information on the geography and history of the area.

Luxuriate in the peace of nature as you unwind and slow down. Savor the beauty surrounding you and gain an appreciation of the region completely different from what you get on land. You will experience our environment from a unique perspective – at water level, as twilight and sunset grace our surroundings. It’s a perfect prelude to a leisurely dinner at a dockside restaurant, or maybe just a good night’s sleep.
Celestial Sailings
Celestial charters provide an introduction to the art and practice of navigating on the water using the heavenly bodies. And of course we will be sailing as well. Let’s call it the best of two worlds. We offer two options – nighttime and daytime excursions.
