Established in 1930 by Gaza and Elizabeth Heller, Heller’s Farm has been a Columbia County source for fresh fruits and vegetables for 95 years. The farm is proud to continue that tradition with the best Concord and Niagara Grapes available in both pick-your-own and pre-packaged quantities.
The farm’s market, The Pickin’ Shack, opens around Labor Day, depending on the grape harvest, and runs through Christmas Eve, with a short break between Halloween and Thanksgiving. The farm plans to update its website later in the summer to specify the exact date of the fall opening.
In addition to grapes, the farm offers a wide assortment of fall harvest vegetables and local apples. The Pickin’ Shack also features homemade preserves, cider and juices, maple products, and daily specials of baked goods.
Beginning the Friday after Thanksgiving, the farm offers Choose-n-Cut Christmas trees in Douglas Fir and assorted holiday greens. No matter the size needed, the farm has options available!
