All Chaseholm Farm Creamery cheeses are farmstead artisanal products, made by hand with milk from our cows on the farm in Pine Plains, NY.

The Creamery was founded in 2007 when Rory Chase returned home to the farm and started making cheese. Retrofitting a barn his grandfather built in the early 30s to serve as Cheesemaking Plant and Aging Cave.

The Creamery is one of only a handful of Farmstead outfits producing cow’s milk cheese from their farm’s own herd, in the state of New York. Chaseholm crafts a number of different styles of cheese, most out of the French tradition.

Enjoy Chaseholm Farm Creamery deliciously creamy ‘Old World’ style Chaseholm Camembert, the firmer, probiotic Queso Blancos, as well as soft, spreadable, probiotic Fresh Herbed Farmer’s Cheeses. And, please don’t forget the Amazing, probiotic enhanced, Ice Creams, they’re a healthier alternative!, and of course Cultured Kombuchas, the tastiest of tonics. The best part is they’re all available in a variety of flavors, and all made fresh, in small batches, right here in the Hudson Valley’s very own Columbia County.
