We use pristine sun dried Mediterranean Sea Salt and Pink Himalayan Sea Salt. Some of the beneficial properties of sea salt include healing and protecting, acting as an antimicrobial, mild exfoliant plus deodorizer and because salt contains many minerals it can remineralize and rejuvenate the skin and tired muscles.
