Magpies On Pink Street is powered by Maggie McDowell the sole owner/operator of Magpies. She has a strong commitment to fresh local ingredients for her pies and is dedicated to perfecting the art of pie crust making. “All-butter, all-flaky, all-delicious. It’s the backbone of any good pie, and they take great pride in the art of crust-making.”

A transplant from NYC, Maggie fell in love with the Catskill Mountains and the abundance of local ingredients for her pies. One of Magpies mantras is that “the season dictates the menu”. “I like to get creative each week, and I choose a handful of pie flavors based around what I can get my hands on locally that week!”
