Chipotle Raspberry BBQ Sauce
Jarred raspberries replace the traditional tomatoes in this unique sauce. Chipotle peppers add a little kick to the thick ruby-red sauce. Great over chicken breasts or pork tenderloin, brush on the sauce near the end of the grilling time.
Hummus (Regular & Seasonal Favorite)
8 oz tub- They soak their beans to reduce added salt and use authentic tahini and a Mediterranean favorite olive oil. They produce limited specialty runs including our Pesto using local garlic, fresh basil and parmesan cheese.
Pickled Red Onions
16 oz in a fridge container- Red onions are marinated in special brine and topped off with a local grape leaf to keep onions extra crisp. It is a great addition to tacos, pizza, sandwiches, roasts & more!
Pickles-Garlic
32 oz (1 quart) fridge container-A lightly salted homemade brine using fresh cukes, rougly 10 cloves of local garlic and topped off with a locally sourced grape leaf to keep pickles extra crisp.
Quiche-“Reel” Crab & Scallion (Crustless also Available)
20 oz vacuumed packed frozen- Made with a thin homemade crust using real butter, it comes frozen & ready to heat & eat in about 55 minutes in the oven or 40 in the air fryer. Quiche is made using free range eggs, 1/3 pound of REAL crabmeat & fresh local scallions. It is flash frozen and good for up to a year in the freezer.
