The Troy Waterfront Farmers Market Winter takes place every Saturday, where more than 80 food growers, bakers, chefs and artisans gather to offer the freshest and finest produce in the Capital Region. Visitors can buy directly from the producer – the person who grew or made it – and get tips on how to best cook, use, and enjoy the products. This also ensures that the dollars spent contribute directly to the local economy and support a healthy regional food system.

Apart from being a farmers’ market, the event has also been a community gathering place for the last 15 years. Visitors can enjoy live music, great food, family activities, and learning opportunities. From November to April, the market moves to the Uncle Sam Atrium located in the heart of Troy’s downtown business district. The winter location offers access to on- and off-street parking and the city’s many shops, restaurants, and cultural sites. Visitors from all over the Capital Region come to shop with over 50 local vendors and enjoy the sights, sounds, and tastes of the indoor market.
