There are rides on rail-trails and county streets and rides that go through beautiful state parks. Rockland Bicycling Club has weekly multi-level rides where cyclists of varying abilities can get together and enjoy the same route at different paces.

The Rockland Bicycling Club is a group of cyclists in and around Rockland County, New York. The club is open to any and all cyclists and to anyone interested in learning more about cycling and bicycle advocacy.

The club also offers training clinics (hill climbing, endurance, sprinting, etc.) and during the off-season they hold a Polar Bear ride around Rockland Lake, weather permitting. Their riding season is weeknight and weekend rides from late March until the first heavy snows in December.
