The Burger Loft burgers are freshly ground on-site daily. All cuts are choice or higher, with no trimmings. Handmade and pressed flat on the grill for maximum caramelization. All burgers are cooked through and served as a double.
The fries are idaho potatoes, cut in-house, and double fried to maximize crispiness. The shakes are made to order with rich ice cream and fresh whipped cream.
The Burger Loft has eclectic craft beers on tap, sure to satisfy all palates. Try the sampler, a choice of any four drafts in 5.5 oz glasses, a great way to find your favorite. The cocktails are unique blends, made with fresh-squeezed citrus, muddled berries, fresh ginger and basil. They are delicate, sweet, and refreshing with a creative twist.
The bourbon, neat or on ice, you will find an extensive collection here. The Burger Loft has an exposed brick dining area, concrete bar, and one of a kind, hand-made zebrawood tables and accents.
