Randi and Adam LaLima decided to bring their magical recipes to Monroe after Adam was ready for a change and his 25 years of experience at Madonia’s Bakery in the Bronx taught him the lost art form of making bread by hand. Adam learned from his father and his grandfather when he was introduced to baking at 5 years old.
