Solid Ground Farm specializes in organic microgreens, shoots, and sprouts. We follow the highest levels of food safety protocols, and work hard to ensure your food is the freshest, healthiest produce you can find.
The farm uses all organic practices and our animals are pastured and fed only non-GMO feed. We take the NOFA Farmers Pledge as our commitment to sustainable farming. We offer an on-farm Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) distribution as well as a pick-up location at Pathfinder Farms in Catskill, for members in the Saugerties and Catskill area.
Bring home a bountiful variety of in-season vegetables every week with Solid Ground Farm’s CSA. We will have pick ups on-farm at Hidden Valley Road in Kingston, as well as at Pathfinder Farms in Catskill.
We raise Freedom Ranger broiler chickens out on pasture, moving them twice daily so that they can forage for bugs and greenery, run around and scratch, and hang out in the fresh air. The birds eat non-GMO and organic feed, and they are processed humanely by us, right on-farm.

This is not only great for their quality of life, but it results in more flavorful meat. Plus, their manure enriches the land, so they are actually part of our whole-farm fertility plan. The birds eat non-GMO and organic feed, and they are processed humanely by us, right on-farm.
