Bread Alone Bakery began with a simple loaf; handcrafted organic and with the finest grains. They have grown to include three cafes and have spread the simple goodness of bread from New York City to the Berkshires.

Bread Alone Bakery and Cafe has been baking with organic flours since 1983 and has always been conscious of the quality of their ingredients. With a growing concern about the source of food, they have worked to make their hand made breads and pastries contain even more locally grown products.

Bread Alone Bakery and Cafe currently bakes both organic whole grain breads and all natural, hand made pastries in its main bakery. With three cafés in the Hudson Valley, many loaves of bread are enjoyed and many healthy meals are served.
