Eco-Cacao is one of the first cacao cooperatives to use regenerative and organic agriculture practices to improve biodiversity and soil fertility. Located in Esmeraldas, Ecuador.
Ingredients: Direct trade cocoa beans + cocoa butter (60%), organic Colombian panela (cane sugar) organic coconut flour, ground direct trade Mexican cardamom, organic sunflower lecithin.
Creamy, coconut with the citrusy, minty, spicy, unnamable qualities of cardamom. With this batch we are using some extra special cardamom that we sourced through Jangala Chocolate in Chiapas.
Ingredients: Dominican cocoa beans and butter (63%) unrefined cane sugar, tahini full-spectrum Hericium erinaceus extract (Lion’s mane mushroom).
This is still a delicious bar for even your most fungi-phobic of family members. Creamy, freshly ground sesame from Seed + Mill NYC, crack celled lionsmane from Malama Mushrooms and our delicious Dominican cacoa.
NOOTELLA (w nootropic mushrooms)
Ingredients: Heirloom Oregonian hazelnuts, Ecuadorian cacao beans, unrefined cane sugar (panela), nootropic mushroom blend (chaga, lionsmane, reishi, cordyceps).
This spread is a delicious blend of heirloom hazelnuts, our chocolate and a blend of nootropic (brain boosting) mushrooms.
