Diego’s Taqueria is the love child of dream chasers Elena and Isaac Cruz, who sought to create a destination within their community which embodied everything they love about life: delicious food, good music, and great vibes.
With many years in the hospitality industry throughout the Hudson Valley, they are passionate about providing their guests, both local and afar, with a great experience that feels like home. As Uptown Kingston residents, they are thrilled to see their vision come to fruition right in their own neighborhood.
“Street-style tacos our way” means deliciously fresh, entirely scratch-made creations using many locally-sourced ingredients, with a spin on some traditional favorites.
