Gate House Realty was started in 2001 by Charlotte Guernsey. Seeing the vision in Beacon in the late 1990’s Charlotte purchased a building on Main Street, renovated it and then opened up her own office. In 2021, after celebrating their 20th anniversary, Gate House joined Compass to become The Gate House Team at Compass. They are now connected to real estate agents all over the tri-state area, enabling the firm to help connect buyers to their next home.
