Chesterbury Farms was started by Linda and Jasper in 2019 and has since been growing gourmet mushrooms for local farmers’ markets around the Western Catskills. You can find them each week at markets in Cooperstown, Oneonta and Delhi!
Chesterbury Farms grows a variety of Gourmet Mushrooms rotating with the seasons, including various Oyster Mushrooms, King Trumpet, Chestnut, Lions Mane, Pioppino, and Shiitake. They regularly expand their products so come see what they have on the table each week at the Farmer’s Market.
