The flagship restaurant is located in Hudson NY, with a second location in Tannersville, high in the Catskill Mountains. Our ambiance is redbrick, dark wood, Edison lights, black and white photos of American icons and custom playlists contribute to our industrial, steampunk vibe. Easy going and inviting, the mouthwatering aroma of fresh food and smoked meats, fills the house, as live music and roaring laughter tumble through the restaurant always.
