Apple Hill Dressage offers classical dressage training & horse boarding by USDF certified instructors since 1986.

Apple Hill Dressage features USDF certified trainers, Emily Wyman & Adam Gershberg, with over 30 years experience apiece. Regardless of experience or level of competitiveness, the trainers are enthusiastic to work with you.

Standard training packages include 5 rides or lessons a week, a roomy box stall, daily turnout, and a customized feeding regimen.

Trailer-in lessons are welcome, and Emily and Adam are available on a limited basis for clinics and lessons off the premises. There are also regular clinics with Vera von Kessels-Barisone.

In addition to the formal training and coaching, riders may go for hacks around the fields surrounding the farm, and down the country roads.

The farm offers any equine the ideal, healthy environment. The floor of the 144′ by 72′ arena is covered with TrueRight Footing, a state-of-the-art footing composed of a wax-coated sand, fiber and rubber mix that offers a nearly dust-free, healthy environment for our equine athletes.

To further enhance your learning experience, the indoor arena has six large mirrors on its interior perimeter. There is also a Pixio robot camera on site for recording specific training sessions.

Horses in training enjoy daily care from an experienced team, have half day turn-out in grassy pastures every day, fly sheets and masks when needed, full blanketing in winter, and leg protections as needed.
