The Green Palate Food TruckThe Green Palate is an 80’s themed food truck serving the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains with vegan street food. Each recipe is crafted with love and made with the finest ingredients.

All ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible. Soy or processed ingredients are never used. You will taste the difference! Local, Fresh, Non-GMO, Dairy-Free, Soy-Free and made with LOVE by the Barbaro Family of Woodstock, NY.

Our seasonal Food Truck runs from April through November.
