The restaurant is open 7 days a week for both lunch and dinner and offers an exquisite variety of French, Italian, Lebanese and Moroccan inspired dishes.

Selections from the Lake View Bistro Menu:

  • Fattoush – A traditional Mediterranean salad, consisting of chopped romaine, fresh parsley, scallions, mint, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and pomegranate seeds, tossed in a citrus vinaigrette and tossed pita bread.
  • Tabouli – Base of bulgur wheat, softened, with parsley, tomatoes, red onion, tossed with a basic rich olive oil and lemon vinaigrette.
  • Mediterranean Pizza – Tender pita topped with tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, artichokes, feta, baked, and drizzled with a caper cream sauce.
  • The B-Lamb Burger – A succulent burger made from grass-fed beef, and ground lamb, topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, parmesan cheese, and a lemon infused tzatziki sauce, all held together with soft pita bread.
  • Moussaka – Layers of eggplant and ground beef, seasoned with cinnamon and nutmeg, topped with bechamel sauce baked and served in a light tomato sauce.
  • Zucchini Fritters – Small cakes of shredded zucchini fried to a crisp golden brown and served with a savory basil oil dipping sauce.
  • Falafel – Tender, fried cakes comprised of garbanzo beans, leeks, fresh garlic, and a slightly spiced blend of herbs and spices, served with a side of tahini dip. Vegetarian option.
  • Shwarma – Choice of lamb or beef, with chopped romaine, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, picketed turnips and french fries all stuffed in pita bread.
  • Moussaka – Layers of eggplant and ground beef, seasoned with cinnamon and nutmeg, topped with bechamel sauce baked and served in a light tomato sauce.
