For a flavorful experience, each meal is prepared with the heart and soul of a Spanish kitchen; our chefs use only the freshest ingredients and carefully season all of our dishes with authentic Spanish spices.

In creating Mina’s Spanish Kitchen our vision was simple, we wanted to create a “dinner table” that would happily welcome you, your family and your friends and make you feel at home. A place that would have a warm family atmosphere and great home-style cooking.

  • AREPA CON QUESO – Tasty Colombian corn patty filled w/ fresh mozzarella cheese. While the outside fries up crisp & golden, the cheesy middle stays wonderfully moist.
  • CEVICHE DE CAMARONES PERUVIAN STYLE – Small pieces of shrimp marinated in freshly squeezed key lime juice, w/ sliced onions, peppers, cilantro & avocado.
  • ENSALADA DE AGUACATE – Fresh mixed greens, Avocado, tomato, red cabbage & cucumber slices topped with red onions & our house dressing.
  • ENSALADA DE CHURASQUITO – Skirt steak strips, fresh mixed greens, Avacado, tomato, red cabbage & cucumber slices topped with red onions & our house dressing.
  • CUBANO – Slow Roasted Pork, Ham, Swiss cheese & Pickles, layered w/ our signature mojito dressing & a touch of Mustard on a crunchy Cuban bread served with Yucca fries.
  • PERNIL TRADICIONAL – Mina’s signature dish of succulent roast pork that melts in your mouth.
  • BANDEJA PAISA – Typical Colombian Dish served with white rice, red beans, sweet plantains, fried pork belly, fried egg, avocado, arepa, chorizo & broiled beef.
  • CARNE ASADO – Delicious Grilled & sliced Sirloin Steak seasoned to perfection.
  • RABO ENCENDIDO ‘LIT TAIL’ – Savory oxtail, stewed in our traditional medium spicy tomato sauce with onion & peppers. ‘Meat drips from the bone’.
  • CAMARONES EN SALSA DE COCO – Succulent butterfly shrimp simmered in a mixture of cream of coconut, peppers and onions accompanied by white rice and a portion of tostones.
  • TACOS – Two soft corn tortillas filled with your choice of seasoned chicken, roast pork or steak topped with cilantro, onions and pico de gallo. Served with a portion of yellow rice, black beans, sour cream and salsa verde.
