Acorn Hill Farmstead Cheeses is a small scale family run micro-creamery in the Catskill/mid-Hudson Valley region of New York. They believe in the value of local food sources and sustainable agriculture and follow organic practice.

The goats are free to browse the weeds and trees and are given organic soy and corn free grain at milking time.In addition to cheese they also produce goat milk fudge, goat milk soap, and chevron.

All Acorn Hill cheeses are made here on their small family farm in their own micro-creamery using only milk from their herd of organically raised and managed dairy goats. Acorn Hill Farm is a NOFA-NY Farmers’ Pledge farm following organic and sustainable practices in farming and cheesemaking.
