The Pastry Palate Cafe is the brainchild of graphic artist & innovative designer for the home decor industry, Diane Stimson. Wanting to merge her design talentswith her passion for baking, she garnered a Pastry & Baking Arts diploma from The Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, earning the Top Toque Award for Excellence in Craft.
After honing her skills at Jean-Georges in NYC, & as Pastry/Sous Chef for 52 Main in Millerton, NY, she is enjoying balancing her time creating custom crafted cakes, cupcakes, cookies & pastries, & coming up with new & unique healthy desserts for discerning clientele.
