Binnekill Tavern is the quintessential mountain tavern. Originally The Binnekill Square, a local favorite focused on Swiss-German cuisine, the Tavern re-opened in 2018 under the guidance of acclaimed chef Bryan Calvert and his partners Philip Farinacci and Peter Botros.
