The Cookie Factory was formed in 2006 but, don’t let the name fool you. Chris and Joe Alberino have been in the business since as far back as they can remember. They bring over 40 years of combined experience to the table. — and to your table.
The Cookie Factory bakes cookies, pies, breads, rolls, pastries, birthday cakes, wedding cakes, desserts, donuts and so much more. Still, cookies are over 50% of the business revenue. The retail end of the business is very successful thanks to our many loyal customers.

- Tiramisu – A classic italian dessert made with our sponge cake soaked in marsala wine and espresso with layers of a light and creamy mascarpone cheese filling garnished with lady fingers and coccoa
- Chocolate Seven Layer Cake – Every layer of our moist chocolate cake is filled with our rich creamy fudge then finished with a fudge enrobement.
- Carrot Cake – Our carrot cake is loaded with carrots, raisins and walnuts and just the right amount of spices, finished with our rich and creamy cream cheese frosting.
- Peanut Butter Mousse – Our moist chocolate cake with a thin layer of peanut butter mousse second layer is mounded with mousse then enrobed in fudge…. MMMMM!.
- Raspberry Torte – Our chocolate cake with raspberry filling finished with a chocolate butter cream, chocolate sprinkles, and raspberry on top.
- Cheesecake – Only the best cream cheese is used in our recipe, with a graham cracker base (fresh strawberries, cherry, blueberry, raspberry, and turtle available).
- Boston Layers – Available in vanilla or chocolate.
